Submission Instructions

All submissions are handled via the PaperCept platform. This requires that every author has an PaperCept account. Accounts can be registered with the PIN Wizard.

Papers need to be formatted according to the IFAC Author Guide. It is recommended to use the LaTeX or Word template files available from the Author Guide. Draft papers are limited to 8 double-column pages. Final papers are restricted to 6 pages. The minimum number of pages per paper is 4. All papers must comply with IFAC Copyright Conditions.

Final paper submission

Final papers must be uploaded via PaperCept by March 17th, 2025. Please note that at least one co-author of each final paper must be registered. Once full payment is received, the upload of the final paper will be unlocked in PaperCept. Therefore, we ask each participant to include the PaperID as part of the registration process. Please allow 12-24 hours for payment verification to be aligned with PaperCept.

Please note that final paper submission is only possible after the registration payment is received. Either the sole author of the paper or one of the co-authors should register before the final paper submission deadline to ensure timely upload. Please be aware that if the direct bank transfer is used as a payment method, an additional delay can be expected between registration and paper upload.

Invited session proposals

Invited session proposals should include the session scope, aim, outline and the titles, authors and abstracts of 4 to 6 papers. The scope and aim should be at least 1-page long. Each contributor to the session must submit an invited session paper. If an invited session is not accepted, all corresponding papers will be treated as regular submissions. All invited submissions will be reviewed individually and may be accepted or rejected independent of the overall session proposal.
