Presentations & Posters

Lectures

Ideally, prepare your presentation slides in a 16:9 aspect ratio. Recommended file formats are PPTX (PowerPoint) and PDF (Acrobat Reader).

Each regular lecture should remain within the allotted 20-minute time slot for questions/answers in total. It is important to stay on schedule.

We recommend preparing a 17-minute talk with 3 minutes for questions.

The laptop and accessories will be set up in each conference room before the session (Windows OS, PowerPoint/Acrobat Reader, and a wireless remote with a laser pointer).

Posters

Posters must be printed and brought by the authors to the conference venue. The poster size is A1 in portrait (841 x 594 mm / 33.1 x 23.4 inches) or landscape (594 x 841 mm / 23.4 x 33.1 inches) orientation. The posters should be printed in color.
